Nobody plans to need a lawyer.
That's exactly who I built Papico for. I'm Francisco — the person you call when something's gone wrong, or you're worried it's about to, and you've got no idea where to start.
the mission
Take the stress off your plate
Cut the time, cost, and confusion
Always leave you with a next step

Straight answers, plain language, always a next step. You won't leave a conversation more confused than you walked in.
If it's mine, I take it. If it's not, I tell you — and point you to exactly who it belongs to. Knowing who to call is half the battle.
Relaxed enough that you'll actually pick up the phone. Steady when the moment genuinely matters. I match the weight of what you're carrying.
Not translated. Native. If it's easier in Spanish, the whole thing happens in Spanish — nothing lost along the way.

the thing I always wished existed
I'll tell you the truth, even when it earns me nothing. If your matter is mine to take, I take it and go the distance. If it isn't, I'll tell you — and point you to the exact person who should have it. Knowing who to call is half the battle, and I've got the numbers.
And when I do send you elsewhere, I don't disappear. Need a second opinion later? A sanity check? Someone to explain what your new lawyer just said? I'm still here. That doesn't stop being true the moment you walk out.

I grew up in Melbourne with Chilean parents. Spanish at home, English everywhere else — and somewhere in between, a real understanding of what it's like to face a system that wasn't built with you in mind.
That's not a line on a website for me. It's the reason Papico works the way it does. When you're already stressed and already out of your depth, doing it all in your second language makes everything harder. I take that part off the table.
Spanish isn't a service I offer. It's my first language. The whole conversation can happen in it - nothing lost, nothing watered down.
